The 10Gbps 1310nm MM 220M SFP+ Optical Transceiver supports 9.95 to 10.3Gbps bit rates and is engineered for single mode fiber operation with nominal wavelengths of 1270nm or 1330nm.
The transmitter section features a multiple quantum well DFB laser that meets Class 1 laser safety standards per IEC-60825. The receiver section incorporates an integrated InGaAs detector preamplifier (IDP) mounted in an optical header, paired with a limiting post-amplifier IC for optimal performance.
