NU type connector is based on SC-type connector, NTT developed the world's smallest single-core fiber connection. The connector features a 1.25mm diameter casing and self-retaining mechanism, which provides high-density installation.
MU-type fiber optic connectors are designed to meet customer-to-connector small single-core fiber optic connectors. It compresses the space required for panels, wall panels, and wiring boxes throughout the network, making it half the space required for traditional ST and SC connectors. It is a new type of connector widely used in fiber-optic wiring racks
