Fiber array with MT ferrule

Our standard 1D FA delivers excellent optical performance with low insertion loss and high return loss. Glass or ceramic substrate options guarantee outstanding core positioning accuracy, stable alignment and consistent optical performance over repeated mating cycles. Single-mode, multimode and polarization-maintaining fibers are all available, with customizable polishing angles (0° / 8° APC) and fiber counts.

The 2D FA expands the fiber arrangement into a matrix grid structure, supporting ultra-high channel counts from dozens up to hundreds of fibers. It achieves tight positional tolerance and uniform optical coupling, making it ideal for matrix optical switching, beam collimation and large-scale parallel photonic packaging.

Custom array assemblies and FA patchcords are available for quick plug-and-play integration. The push-pull FA connector design enables fast, tool-free connection in dense rack environments, simplifying cable routing and reducing footprint for data center and telecom infrastructure.

All FA products are manufactured with high-grade raw materials that resist temperature variation, moisture and mechanical stress. They support customized pitch, channel number, fiber type, endface treatment and cable assembly to meet diverse customer specifications.
