Product Overview
The 1×8 MPO/MTP to SC/APC PLC Splitter is a high-density optical power distribution module that converts one MPO/MTP input interface into eight independent SC/APC output interfaces. Based on Planar Lightwave Circuit (PLC) technology with a quartz substrate, it uniformly distributes an optical signal from a single input to eight outputs with excellent loss uniformity and wavelength flatness.
This design eliminates the need for eight separate input connectors - a single MPO/MTP connector handles all input fibers, significantly reducing rack space and simplifying cable management in high-density FTTx, PON, CATV, and data center environments.
