1.25Gbps 20KM SC Bi-Directional SFP Optical Transceiver
This high-performance SFP-BIDI transceiver delivers outstanding performance. With single-mode fiber (SMF), the module supports 20KM transmission distance and dual data-rate operation of 1.25Gbps/1.0625Gbps.
The transceiver consists of two main sections:
- FP laser transmitter
- PIN photodiode with trans-impedance preamplifier (TIA) and MCU control unit
The transceiver complies with SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) and SFF-8472 standards, and meets Class I laser safety requirements. For detailed specifications, please refer to the SFP MSA documentation.
