This is an OS2 sing mode LC Uniboot duplex connector, it can be a single mode G652D, G657A1, G657A2, or G657B3 cable, it is a Polarity changeable type connector, you can switch the polarity anytime.

The connector with a Pull-tap is very easy to pull off from the device. Plug and play after taking off the dust cap.
