Product Overview
The TKQSFP-40G-ER4 is a high-performance QSFP+ optical transceiver designed for 40GBASE-ER4 Ethernet applications over 40km single-mode fiber. Fully compliant with IEEE 802.3ba and QSFP+ MSA standards, this module delivers reliable 40G connectivity for long-haul metropolitan and access networks.
The module converts 4x10G electrical input signals into 4 CWDM optical signals, multiplexes them into a single 40G optical stream for transmission, and reverses the process on the receiver side—providing efficient 40G wavelength division multiplexing over a single fiber pair.
